Chris Ochoa
Pastor of Teaching & Vision
Chris is a preacher-teacher at heart and believes that the Bible is transformative in the lives of everyone as it is faithfully taught from the pulpit and carried along by the Holy Spirit. His desire is to preach the Gospel to those who have not yet believed and teach the Word to those who have.
He and his wife, Pamela, met at Bridgetown in its early days and have been married since 2021. They have three children together, two girls and a boy. He enjoys reading, listening to music, craft coffee, fishing, ice hockey, and bouldering.
Gil has served within mutiple ministries of the church since he was 19 years old. His heart is to walk alongside and encourage the church body through every season of life, while they grow in their knowledge of Christ. Firmly believing in God’s sovereignty and grace as the foundation of the Christian life, Gil has a deep love for sound doctrine, theology, and the study of God’s word.
On his free time Gil enjoys fishing professionally, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Danielle, and four boys; Silas, Harper, Ian, and Leo.

Anthony Pacheco
Elder
Anthony has been serving Bridgetown for over 3 years and says serving has only gotten him closer to Jesus and he has gained lifelong brothers along the way. His passion in life is to lead others and help them draw closer to the Lord in every facet of life.
He and his wife, Raina, have two daughters, welcoming the youngest in April of 2026. Anthony considers spending time in the word and with his family as his main priorities in life. Outside of that, he enjoys playing basketball, and teeing off at the golf course.
Dave O’Brien

Dave has been a member of Bridgetown Church since year 2. His heart and mission is to leave the 99 for the 1! His faith in God and his love for God’s people are the very foundation of his existence.
Dave says his wife, Natalie, and daughter, Jolie, make him a better man. He loves animals landscaping, and baseball. He grew up in New York, so he is not a Dodgers fan - sorry guys!
Rudy has been a member of Bridgetown since it’s early days. Having chased the wrong things in life for almost 33 years, his heart and prayer is that any young person he comes in contact with, does not do the same. His desire is to share Jesus with others who may feel they don’t deserve the Lord’s love.
He and his wife, Michelle, have four kids; Alyssa, Gryffin, Aria, and Hudson. As a close-knit family, you can find Rudy at all the sport practices, games, dance recitals, and traveling. If he can squeeze it in the busy schedule, he’ll meet you on the golf course or a sporting event.

Lindsay Young
Administrative Assistant
As the Administrative Assistant, Lindsay oversees daily operations, helps coordinate ministry efforts through internal and external communications, and manages volunteer coordination to help fulfill Bridgetown’s mission effectively.
Outside of work, the beach is her happy place, and she finds joy in being creative through many outlets. She is a new Bride! Her and Brandon married mid-2026 and together like staying active with hikes and walks. They enjoy cooking, cozy movie nights, and spending time with friends and family.
