Whether it’s welcoming guests, helping them find a seat, running stage lights, or anything in between—our teams are made up of people doing what they love, with who they love, for the One they love.

Without them, we couldn’t do what we do! And we’d love for YOU to be part of it!

Before jumping in, all Volunteers are asked to complete the Next Steps Discipleship program. This ensures all of our Volunteers are serving where their gift(s) can make the most impact for Gods Kingdom.

  • Set - up + Tear Down

    Be a part of creating a welcoming environment by setting up our main sanctuary and the children’s and welcome area.

    Safety

    This team ensures that everyone on site remains safe throughout our services and provides a comforting presence.

  • Welcome Team

    Engage with our members and visitors, inviting them in to fellowship, help with seating, take offering, and passing of the Communion Elements.

    Connect

    Help people get connected to Bridgetown by assisting them in finding out more about us and the resources we have to offer them.

    Prayer

    Post Sermon, we have the opportunity to pray for one another. Those on the Prayer team will be expected to carefully and lovingly pray for any individual who may come up seeking to be prayed over.

    Hospitality Table

    Assist with prepping for and setting up the Hospitality Table full of yummy treats, self - serve coffee and tea, and water.

  • Check - In

    Assist church members and newcomers with checking in their kids for their respective classes. May assist newcomers with setting up Church Center App.

    Kinder - 5th Grade

    Help shape the minds of our Bridgetown Kids by interacting directly with children and teaching them about Jesus. Lead Teacher will teach from a Curriculum and Helper(s) assist with classroom management.

    Nursery - Toddler

    From infancy, every child should hear they are loved by God. Our Nursery through Toddler aged classroom Teachers and Helpers, care for children from their early days to the Kinder level, providing age appropriate activities that help promote a love for Jesus at a young age.

  • Production

    Production Team members help create a smooth-running worship experience. Members will help with all sound, lighting, and slide projection before and during Sunday service.

    Visual

    Will assist with gathering and running projection slides before and during service. This includes announcement , sermon, and worship lyric slides.

  • Whether you’re behind a camera, crafting visuals, or running the socials, there’s a place for you to use your gifts!

  • Whether you’re an experienced musician or simply have a big desire to worship the Lord in song, consider joining the Worship team. This is for those who want to use their gift(s) to lead the church body into songs of praise that are Christ - centered.
